TEW-421 & 423 XP SP2 Driver update install notes

Save the file to the Notebook's hard drive, unzip the file and then run setup.exe in the "utility" folder. After that, insert the TEW-421 to the Notebook, then follow the instructions on the screen to load the driver (Note: please make sure XP copies the driver from the new driver folder).
After that, check and make sure the utility version and driver match the version listed in the "readme.txt".
